'The fundamentals of boxing are very important, and to help your fighter understand the basic combinations, defense and timing. In this video we work on basic combinations off the jab, using head movement and angles.  These are combos and boxing drills that you would work with a beginner boxer to develop their offense, co-ordination and overall awareness.  Start with the jab and double jab, then move on to defending after the jab, then move on to head movement before and after the jab.  Start to add in the right hand and lead hook.
